Primary Function: Validating officer visit locations using GPS coordinates, managing customer billing status and payment records, printing payment receipts via a portable thermal printer, and updating internal administrative records in real-time.
We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.
This is a closed-system application. Access is limited to users registered in the organization's internal database. All data transmissions are conducted via encrypted channels (HTTPS) to ensure the security of information against unauthorized parties.
Your data remains within the organization's internal IT infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third-party companies, unless required by law.
You have the right to view your personal data, check your visit and billing history, and ensure your information is accurate via the app interface. If there are data errors that cannot be corrected independently, please contact the HR/IT administrator.
